Opportunity Description: 

Tour Guide/Docent:

Dates: Volunteer needed Year Round 2013.

We are looking for individuals to lead tours and present educational programs, which provide general information about the Bay Model and the San Francisco Bay/Delta region for our visitors. Educational programs and tours can also be developed that are geared to specific topics such as agriculture in the Delta, wetland restoration, water diversions, hydraulic engineering, or community involvement and stewardship.

Special Skills: Volunteers should be comfortable speaking in front of a group. Volunteers will receive training in customer service and preparing and presenting talks and programs to the public.
