Opportunity Description:

Various opportunities exist throughout the year to complete river and stream cleanup projects. Organized events are typically held as part of initiatives like National Trails Day, National Public Lands Day, and annual SOLV-sponsored cleanups. There are also opportunities for families, groups or individuals to clean up stream segments on their own, particularly along the Cow Creek Back Country Byway. With adequate notice, trash bags and site location assistance may be provided by the BLM and SOLV.
