Opportunity Description: 
Job Description: Greet visitors and provide them with information about Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, area attractions, and Las Vegas general information Duties:Become familiar with the natural, cultural, and recreational resources of the area so that you can provide visitors with descriptions and information about the trails, picnic areas, scenic drive, geology, plants, and animals. Distribute literature to visitors. Use trail photo books to enhance information provided to visitors. Restock brochures, permits, and lost and found forms; leave note for any required reorder with the desk supervisor. Clean the listening wands and check videos for sound quality. Refer BLM policy inquiries or emergency situations to BLM staff member. Training: Volunteer Orientation, Desk OrientationTime Commitment: 4 hours per month
