General Park Operations Volunteer
Duties include assisting park staff with day-to-day operations and maintenance tasks. These can include staffing the park entrance station or day use area fee collections, cleaning campsites and restrooms, mowing lawns, landscaping, painting and general upkeep of park facilities. Brighton State Park offers camping on the shores of Spectacle Pond, a day use area on Island Pond, cabin rentals, nature trails and programs, excellent fishing and an extensive network of walking trails. It is a great place to see moose and loons, or relax on the sand beaches in the campground or the large day use area on Island Pond.
All staff receive on the job training for all duties. Uniforms provided.

HOUSING & AMENITIES Type: Camp Sites Description: campsite with water, 50 amp electric and sewer hookup; cell service available on some carriers. Wi-fi available to staff at the park office or in the village.
