Visitor Center Tour Guide: (Located at the Dam)
As a Visitor Center Tour Guide you can enjoy the summer in beautiful northern Idaho. Dworshak Dam is the third tallest dam in the United States and Dworshak Reservoir offers nearly 54 miles of pristine fishing and boating opportunities.
Volunteer Duties: One couple is needed through late September. Your shift would be 8:30 am to 4:30 pm and our volunteers usually work four days on and four days off to allow you time to explore the Northwest. Your main job duties at Dworshak would include giving dam tours, maintaining visitor center, answering phone calls, running the gift shop and answering questions about the Dam and the area. Help rangers with special events or projects if needed. You must be able to walk at least two and a half miles per day for Dam Tours. (Updated 10/15/2018)
