We are looking for two energetic couples to staff a fee collection booth from approximately Mid May to Mid-September. Enjoy a hidden jewel in Western Connecticut! Hop Brook Lake (operated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers) is a 532 acre park located in the towns of Middlebury, Naugatuck and the city of Waterbury. The park sees annual visitation of 288,492 visitors whom enjoy swimming, picnicking, hiking, fishing and biking in the well maintained recreation area.
Duties include collecting fees, possible minor maintenance and litter collection duties, answering visitor’s questions and being the first friendly face our visitors meet. HOUSING & AMENITIES Type: Trailer/RV Pads Description: Volunteers will be asked to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, in exchange for full hook up RV camp site (Cable and internet not included).
