As an intern, you will have the opportunity to assist in many different areas within the park. Work should be related to your course of study. Opportunities include botany, herpetological monitoring, visitor services, maintenance, fee collection, and admin assistance. As an intern, you will make a difference with the National Park Service.
Duties include • A background investigation may be required for the fee position • Provide park literature and directions • Briefly answer visitor’s initial questions • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Reliable and committed • Ability and desire to connect with visitors of all ages and cultures • Must be at least 18 years
