Douglas County Parks provides opportunities for citizens to volunteer to host at our beautiful campgrounds. You could find yourself at the ocean or at one of our riverfront parks providing services to our campers and daily visitors. Our park hosts are quite literally some of the most visible faces of our organization, helping visitors feel welcome, answering their questions and familiarizing them to the park and surrounding area.

General park maintenance may include cleaning of restrooms and/or showers and checking restroom supplies.
Volunteers are provided with a free Full Hook-up space for their motorhome or camp trailer in which to stay, utilities are paid. Laundry facilities are provided.
