The Santa Ana NWR is looking for volunteers who are former educators or like working with children! Volunteers are needed to present educational programs to K-5th graders both on site and in local schools. Volunteers will also assist in a variety of EE capacities, such as research and designing new school programs, career fairs, schoolyard habitat planning and construction, and other related projects. Full utilities, hook-up, washer/dryer, and a office are offered in exchange for 24 hours per person, per week. We are looking to fill two, three-month time slots: October to December and January to March.
